Ingredients: 3 eggs; 150 g sugar; 80 ml vegetable oil; 100 ml orange juice; 50 ml lemon juice; 50 ml carrot juice; 250 g flour; 1 packet baking powder; Zest of 1 orange

Method

Tap a step when it is done.

Whisk eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add oil and the filtered orange, lemon and carrot juices, mixing well.
Fold in sifted flour and baking powder with the orange zest.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 22 cm pan.
Bake in a static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes and check with a toothpick before removing.
Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
