Ingredients: 350 g chocolate biscuits; 120 g milk; 30 g melted butter; 175 g cream cheese; 60 g sugar; 50 g shredded coconut; 30 g chocolate hazelnut spread; extra chocolate hazelnut spread for decorating

Method

Finely crush the chocolate biscuits until they form fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and the milk a little at a time, mixing until you get a firm, workable dough.
Roll the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper into an even rectangle.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and shredded coconut in a bowl until smooth.
Spread a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread over the biscuit base.
Evenly spread the cream cheese filling on top of the hazelnut layer.
Using the parchment paper, carefully roll everything into a tight log.
Chill the roll in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or freeze for about 1 hour.
Decorate with extra chocolate hazelnut spread and slice to serve.
