Ingredients: 3 eggs; 180 g sugar; 250 g flour; 100 ml milk; 100 ml vegetable oil; zest and juice of 1 lemon; 1 packet baking powder

Method

Tap a step when it is done.

Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add milk, oil, lemon zest and juice and mix well.
Fold in sifted flour and baking powder until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 22 cm bundt pan.
Bake in a static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes and check with a toothpick.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
