Nutellotti Cookies

Method

Tap a step when it is done.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) if not already heated.
2. In a bowl, mix Nutella, egg and flour until a smooth dough forms.
3. Take small portions and roll into walnut-sized balls.
4. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.
5. Use the back of a spoon to create a small indentation in each ball.
6. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
7. Let the cookies cool slightly, then fill each center with more Nutella.
8. Allow to cool completely before serving.
