Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Whisk eggs with milk and oil in a bowl until smooth.
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix until the batter is smooth.
Stir in grated cheese and diced ham, then season with salt and black pepper.
Pour the batter into molds filling them two-thirds full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Check doneness with a toothpick and remove when it comes out clean.
Let muffins cool slightly before serving.
