Ingredients: 3 eggs; 120 ml milk; 80 ml vegetable oil; 150 g flour; 50 g grated cheese; 1 sachet instant yeast for savory cakes; 1 teaspoon salt; 150 g cream cheese; 100 g cooked ham; Cherry tomatoes as needed; Arugula as needed

Method

Tap a step when it is done.

Whisk eggs with milk, oil and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Add flour, yeast and grated cheese and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm tart pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Let the tart cool completely, then remove it from the pan and flip the base.
Spread cream cheese over the flipped base and fill with ham, cherry tomatoes and arugula.
